A lack of thankfulness is one of the greatest flaws in many believers' lives. Every year, we look forward to spending time with family and friends around our Thanksgiving holiday, which is full of food and football. Yet, the earliest days of Thanksgiving in the Old World were spent at church in prayer and fasting. Things certainly changed as we developed our traditions dating back to the Pilgrims and Native Americans. Yet, our ancestors had one thing in common; a grateful heart towards God for His provision and grace.
