Mike Murry
Chairman
Mike is married to Kay and they have been members since 2019. They have 2 grown children and 5 grandchildren. They have lived in Smiths Station since Mike retired from the Navy. They enjoy fishing and being with friends.
Zack White
Vice Chairman
Zack is married to Jessica and they have two children, Parker and Molly Kate. Jessica has been a member since 2002. Zack joined when they married in 2014. Zack plays in both the praise band and orchestra. He serves on several ministry teams.
Gabe Hedges
Secretary
Gabe is married to Beth and they have two children, Allie and Harrison. Gabe enjoys teaching recreation for AWANA and traveling with family. Gabe and Beth service on multiple ministry teams.
Chris Bankston
Chris is married to Jan and has been a member of Lakewood all his life. He is retired and sings in the Alleluia Choir as well as the Amen Choir. Chris serves on a few of our ministry teams.
Jerry Barbaree
Jerry is married to Sheila and they have been members since 2013. Jerry drives our golf cart from the parking lot to the front door for any who desire on Sunday mornings and special events. Sheila serves on our bereavement team.
Randy Clark
Randy is married to Jill and they have one son, Ryan, and daughter-in-law, Melissa. They are proud grandparents to Katy and John Henry. They joined Lakewood in 2017. Randy captains the Building and Grounds team.
Brian Benton
Steve Argo
Brian is an attorney who grew up at Lakewood and has been a member since 1987. Brian is a vital asset to our Children's programs. He directs drama productions and sings in the choir for special concerts.
Steve and his wife Margie have been members of Lakewood for over 30 years. He loves hunting and fishing.
Heath Owens
Gary Bradshaw
Heath is married to Amanda and they have two children, Corbin and Kennedy. He works at TSYS. Heath serves with the AWANA program and co-teaches a Bible Fellowship Class.
Gary is married to Donna and they have one son, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Gary works part-time for Sod Solutions Inc. as a territory manager. He sings in the Alleluia Choir.
Jan Funderburk
Jan is married to Shelrea and they have two children and three grandchildren. He is the former principal of Central High School. Jan is a member of the Alleluia Choir as well as the Amen Choir.
Jacob Baker
Jacob is married to Jordan, our Lead Pastor's daughter. He owns his own business of inflatable rentals. Jacob serves in AWANA and teaches a boys Bible Fellowship Class.
